Customer Service Officer

We are looking for people who are good conversationalists who will serve as our front-line support to our customers.
The candidate that we are looking for is someone who can keep an interaction with the customer and someone who can
be responsible in dealing with general and specific inquiries of clients, in line with the products and services we offer
- Respond to customers’ inquiries, comments or complaints via e-mail and chat;
- Provide information and value proposition about the company products and/or services;
- Collect deposits, payments or make billing arrangements;
- Resolve issues and concerns raised or refer them to the right channel.
- At least a year of experience in a similar role or relevant field
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Crypto-currency and familiar in online gaming is a plus
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- People-oriented and ability to establish good rapport with customers
- Excellent attention-to-detail and comprehensive skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
- Able to work in Dubai
