Job Description
- Collaborate with General Manager and Team Leaders to design interesting job descriptions;
- Execute & be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment such as searching, screening CV, call interviews, assessments, in-depth interviews, and offers;
- Analyze and develop suitable channels and tools to attract the qualified candidates;
- Update and maintain candidate database;
- Create reports to keep track of the recruitment effectiveness;
- Coordinate with job sites and headhunting agencies: manage contracts, send JD, answer queries, make payment, request support and make sure not violating the conditions according to the contract;
- Manage referral bonus policies;
- Propose ideas to improve the Recruitment policies and processes;
- Propose ideas & solutions to build the company culture;
- Organize internal meetings and events;
- Develop good relationships with staff via engagement activities and daily interaction.
- Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications and terminations
- Cooperate with HRM to manage entry and exit procedures such as on-boarding and off-boarding
- Maintain employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS (HR internal system) databases
- Handle payroll / SI-HI / PIT and other C&B related tasks
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to HRM and /or the headquarter
- Organize company events such as company trip, company dinners and other internal employee motivation events
- Organize yearly health check-up program
- Update company policies and HR procedures onto the intranet as requested from HRM
- Coordinate with HRM to organize training programs and conference attendance for employees
- Take part in complex, global and local HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system implementation and development, engagement and motivation programs as requested from HRM
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Strong HR and Industries network
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to communicate in English
We are looking for an HR Generalist, or Human Resources Generalist, who will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Their duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
